Should I do strength training one week and the cardio the next or strength training a few days a week and the the other couple days cardio or how should I do it? Keep in mind, it’s been a couple weeks since I was able to workout. I was in Canada and then I got sick.

I’m still recovering from being sick so I won’t push myself too hard when I workout tomorrow (my apartment office is closed today and that’s where the gym is).

No specific cardio really needed . Just walking for 10k steps will be enough.
