I want to lose 20 lbs by 10/10! That's the day my family and I leave for a cruise to celebrate my recent marriage to my best friend! :)

20 lbs in just a month may be a tall order but I am up for the challenge. I want to feel my best on the trip, and look great too! I used to dread the thought of people taking my picture. I want to have pictures of myself with my husband and my handsome son, that I'm actually willing to hang up in my house. The first time I went on a cruise with my husband, we didn't even pack bathing suits. I really wanted to go snorkeling or scuba diving at Grand Cayman Islands, but I didn't want to wear a bathing suit in front of anyone. This summer I've worn my new, smaller bathing suit plenty...and can't wait to go snorkeling with my husband!

After I go camping this weekend I am going to limit myself to eating fast food ONE time per week!!!! No more mt. dew, sweet tea, etc, etc, etc...&&& Pilates at least 4 times per week, preferably more. Water, water, and more water! Biggest Loser couldn't come back on at a better time! :)

If I meet my goal and lose another 20 lbs by the time we leave then I will only have 18 lbs to go for my goal weight!!! =)))
