Delicious and healthy recipe
Tofu - 600 gr.
Rice flour - 80 gr. (consistency like regular cheesecakes)
Vanilla, cinnamon - to taste
Salt - a pinch
Mash the tofu with a fork, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Bake on both sides for 3-4 minutes.
Serve with your favorite berries, I also added isolate on top.

Hi Oksana, what tofu do you use for this? I've only bought the extra firm but I'm curious to try this recipe.

Hi. Zanly. Sorry I haven't responded for a while❤️. I usually use GreenWise® SILKEN TOFU, which has a softer consistency, or GreenWise® FIRM TOFU, which is denser and easier to flip in the pan.
