My first weigh in after starting my journey is tomorrow. I have been tracking my calories and exercising regularly, so I am excited to see the change in the scale. My sister, FORMY3KIDS, and I are participating in the 2 lb weight loss per week challenge. Anticipating my weigh in tomorrow I decided to see where I was....I am 0.4 lbs away from a 2 lb weight loss this week! I am going to work extra hard today to see what I can do to sweat off 0.4 lbs!!!!! We will see what happens tomorrow!
