Back for a little while to figure things out. Nothing bad has happened, just trying to find a mix that works with my vegan/low gluten diet and training and traveling for work so much. Been eating to much rice, I can tell within a day that I had too much. Also have to watch corn chips, I eat a lot of Chipotle on the road and a bag of their chips is so tempting. Goal is to drop 10lbs and get back in top shape for the fall race season.
