Oh no. Faint? I hope you were close to home and a neighbor found you (with water). Heat exhaustion makes me pass out and gives me the dry heaves. Absolute misery. Hope the air conditioning works, and that you weren't hit to hard by the latest hurricane.⛈️💚

Thanks everyone! Jb i was safe. Just had to walk part of my running time to avoid vomiting. i thought about having my fiancé pick me up, but I made it home. However when I got home and got my water I was dizzy and couldn’t make it to the furniture, had to sit on the floor. Felt weak and couldn’t get up right away. But then I could and all is well again. I shouldn’t have pushed my temperature limit! No fainting though. Just late to my haircut 😂

Tim thanks for your concern. I was not scared because it didn’t get out of hand and I knew support was nearby if it did. But I do need to be more careful.
