Made a nice salmon dinner (Salmon with orange pecan sauce...(ooooohhhh fancy!!!) with roasted vegetables and a caprice salad. Family KILLED it! Its feels great to shop for fresh food in the outer aisles, and to come home and make a healthy meal for the fam. Got in some lap swimming (still working up to some longer times) and an impromtu run (or chase the 7 year old around the block on his bike as it were)after dinner. Have a good weekend y'all!
