Mick, I added up 420 calories. All I ate yesterday was a bowl of cereal, a banana, one piece of root beer barrel hard candy, and this thing for dinner. I was so hungry most of the day and I was thinking the scale would show it this morning. I weigh the same exact amount as I did yesterday morning. I didn’t lose or gain one ounce. I do not understand why I did not lose. 🤷‍♀️
