@Anne: I am on great terms with my doctor, as I’m her poster child for changing my diet to vegan/WFPB and dramatically reducing my cholesterol levels. Injuries are the side effect to exercising, so she just rolls with it. 💚

You have really similar blood pressure readings to mine, I’m always low, just how I’m made I think! You also follow a similar WOE to me😊, I too am a complete coffee hound! I can’t box for love nor money though 😂

@Sair: we even weigh the same! So very hard to find fellow vegans on FS. I document more with journals than photos, so there’s less to catch the eye. @Fritz 👯♀️ Wrist cyst is still visible, but I can move it around without pain. Icing it per doctor’s orders and will start PT next week. Dancing is my cardio for the next two weeks to allow it to rest.

@Justbananas it is difficult, I’ve tried to introduce chicken but it just really doesn’t suit my body at all so I gave up. I don’t eat meat or dairy but have always had fish once or twice a week. I avoid processed food and don’t use meat or dairy substitutes, although I have tried them in the past. I see from your bio you also do Pilates and yoga they’re my main forms of exercise too! I also love cycling and get out as often as the weather and time allows!😊

Wrist is healing. Wearing a brace 24/7 and icing. Starting physical therapy this week, and no strength training until I get the green light. No Pilates reformer classes for now, so I’m just going to the mat ones and doing chair yoga. Walking, hiking and dancing always! 💃🥾🚶♀️Life and diet goes on, just with some modifications.

Glad to hear wrist is improving. Laughed about the low blood pressure reading. When I went in with my heart attack my heart rate was in the 40s and Drs were freaking out, so I really had a good laugh with your new low BP

What kind of diet you have had for your entire life to have such a low blood pressure? I am not on BO meds but average is around 130/80 and I want to get it lowered. These days I am lowering my carb, hoping it will help.

Hi @Dharam: I have been vegetarian since 16, and vegan now. But my whole life I have eaten fresh fruit and vegetables from gardens, road side stands, and farmers markets.
