Wednesday. Been an ok week so far. I ran my body composition on my watch this morning and it shows I have built some muscle and lost some fat mass. Yay! Probably why I haven't lost weight on the scale. I am trying to tone my legs and I think it is starting to work. Yay!
The weather is getting better for walking too. Yay!
