Yesterdays cheat day turned into drunk night so today is hangover day. I'll get it together tomorrow.

I'm always hungover after cheat day and it's not because of alcohol. Ugh... My body revolts against the sugar and carbs. Anyways, get it together quickly and you'll be just fine!

Haha, well, when you can't drink beer 6 days of the week, you got to make up for it on the seventh day! Just don't cheat with greasy foods to cure the hangover and you're golden.

I just read the other day the best food to eat to cure a hangover is asparagus. It metabolizes alcohol twice as fast as anything else, so enjoy your asparagus after a night out drinking. :)
