I've been working so much. Worked the last 4 days in a row, and worked 7 of the last 9 days. Trying to save some money for this trip! I don't lose as much on the days I'm working. Not because of my diet, but because I don't sleep nearly as much. Working 12 hour shifts and waking up at 5am are just not conducive to me losing weight.
I've got 3 off in a row now, so hopefully I can hit that first big goal of losing 10% off my body weight! Only a half pound away now. Thankful every day for this journey and the medication making it possible. 🫶
