I'm so tired of eating. I've lost my appetite this past week. This is going to be a problem.

he's having difficulty getting the calories in and people were telling him to clean it up lol. That just makes it more miserable.

What YoH said. Pretty soon I'm going to try a tiktok recipe. Two cups of ice cream, one and a half cups of flour one and a half teaspoons of baking powder mix heat at 350° for 45 minutes. Nomnom

Yeah, supposedly it makes the ice cream into cake. I'll report back.

Hi UHD, I feel like I can't call you an unhealthy daddy as you sound healthy :). I hear what Diablo is saying about getting more calories in, and it sounds like you have enough experience on how to go about that. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------> You mentioned your age,and although thhat won't have a major impact on how much muscle you can gain, what I have found after my 40s I have to be alot healthier on how I gain weight. I can't just smash down calories like I did in my 30's as we want you arteries and heart and pancreas to still stay in a healthy order. Hence why I would recommend, Avocado, healthy olive oils, but becareful of too many processed carbs we need to watch our hearts us old dads 🤓--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------> Can you list your diet I would be keen to see, how have you calculated the number of calories you need to eat to reach your goal weight?

I just checked out todays diet, Oreo Cookies and Fritos Chips :) Becareful of going to much on a dirty bulk. Diable when you gain size how clean do you keep your diet. for interest sake.

Haha, yep. I told you my diet has gotten bad the past couple weeks. It was either crap or not hit my calories. I think I might need to extend my eating window to help out. It will go back to a cleaner 80/20 soon.

Awesome man TUHD. yup the biggest challenge for me is not the cutting season but the growing season, to keep the discipline, but I am lucky I do not need alot of calories to grow, but I need to cut alot to get really lean. Cool keep us posted.

Mine is that dirty when I cut unless I am cutting hard. When bulking it's just like his.
