its amazing what some water will do at the beginning of a weightloss :) Today is the day i officially start. Lets see how this goes. I'm exhausted from being up so late with my daughter who was gone for the past 4 days, we had so much catching up to do. And it didn't help that I didn't get her from the airport thats about an hour away from home, at almost 10 p.m.
