I've eaten healthy foods for a long time. I also overindulged in less healthy choices. Focusing on my diet helped me get to a lower (and healthier) weight. I was never an "exercise" person. I did walk & work in my garden. As I move into my later 60's I realize that I need to focus on exercise that will help keep me mobile & increase my stamina & strength. I may be aging but I don't want to be old 😁
