I was surprised to see this result. Maybe it's the Chinese food catching up on me despite my efforts to measure out correct portions, and not eat rice. Or it could be fluctuation but it's still frustrating. Especially being the receiver rather than being the person to give someone else advice. I know it's irrational and can be easily mended with time but as many people are, I'm impatient with the results. It's like, as someone who rarely drinks soda or other sugary drinks, rarely eats candy, rarely eats processed food, rarely drinks, never smokes, etc. I can't help but almost feel entitled to faster weight loss or a lower weight in general. Who knows, maybe I'm already a lot lower than I would be if I did all that stuff.
