Very happy with this weight, I am still wanting to loose 30 more lbs. I have lost 40 lbs so I am happy... 30 more to go then maybe Ill try to get to 185 not sure yet...
230.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
