141 lbs down total! Inching slowly towards 150 at this point.
Going to be a busy week. Between doctor appointments and meetings. Also getting an mri of my shoulder this week. I'm looking forward to knowing what is wrong with it. Saturday it was hurty/painful. But Sunday was awful. Stabbing pain in the shoulder and nerve pain down the left arm. I couldn't use it at all without causing more pain.
