Walked down to the eye glass place for the new lens instead of taking car. Seemed to me to be more effective use of time then exercise then drive over. Round trip was almost 3.6 miles so not bad.
183.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
