Well I'm starting over. Weighed in at 181 this morning. We went on vacation and I gained 10 lbs. plus the weight I had gained in the past month acting carelessly. I swelled up and can barely move from the pain of my arthritis that the weight causes. I have to get back to eating right before I kill myself eating. I have lost 9 pounds this week which I'm sure is water from being so swollen. Today is the beginning of healthy living again. I also think of how sick eating wrong made me. Helps me stop and think before I eat.
