I'm getting frustrated. I'm doing everything right, and I'm still not losing any weight. ...ughhh. I've been in a caloric deficit for months I'm keeping my carbs and fats down and I'm active. I'm paying close attention to what I eat and when I eat. The usual tricks I use to kick myself out of a plateau aren't working. Suggestions anyone?

you can try adding extra time to your workouts ....maybe eat more protein then you normally would. Find a new workout you haven't tried before. Hope this helps

It sometimes happens. Try to change things up. Do some calorie and carb cycling. Some different exercise.
