On my FB memory page this morning..2 yrs ago this day I had lost 24lbs..hummm what changed? I was eating hardly any carbs, and I was exersizing 4 times a wk and working in the garden everday and swimming..humm this yr garden didnt grow, swimming only 4 times due to the water being too cold, adn I stopped doing exerzizes, jst treadmill walking..so...I need to shape the heck up!
