130# squats at the gym where I workout 3x a week. Trainer features his members as he works with all ages and ability levels. When I started I thought it was hard just doing body weight squats.

@SharonEsq- that is awesome! It took me a long time to get my form. The trainer had me squat to a padded bench and gradually took pads away until I could go low enough. Then my other problem was making sure I force my knees out so as to avoid injury. It takes time and consistency!

@Diana-thanks! I was huffing to get thru that set. He actually put a video of it on his gym website so I got to watch myself and see how my form looked.
