Went out to dinner last night for my daughter's birthday. OMG bad idea! Had chicken but didn't realize the sauce on pasta would be cream sauce, ate it anyway...it was sooooooo good!
I guess you have to splurge once in a while, hope it doesn't sabotage my efforts.
Time to go exercise!
