This morning I was disappointed when given a Health Assessment. Some points were good, but I've not lost a single pound since last year. I've basically stopped eating, but I drink 2 gallons of milk a week. That should account for something!

I was told that I was not eating enough and my metabolism had all but stopped. So, my goal is to eat 1700 cal per day, drink more fluids, eat low-fat foods to help my cholesterol and continue with the Zumba classes. I sure hope this works. I'd like to lose 40 more pounds. At least I know I'll feel better!
