I hadn't wanted to log my weight since the gain. I haven't been consistent with meal planning and have been giving into temptation this weekend. I also missed 3 workouts due to fatigue and lack of time. Back to my new lifestyle of intermittent fasting, eating whole foods, and exercising 5 days / week tomorrow.
