In an oddly good mood today! I think it's probably due to the new pre-workout shake I had. Since I work out at 5 am and get up at 4:30, I need a bit of a boost some days. I had been using HIT women's igniter extreme, and that was alright. Ran out yesterday, so I tried my new one, LEGION Pulse. Holy crap. I think I had my best workout ever this morning. Was able to lift more, do more reps, and my stamina was awesome. This one's a keeper. Now off to a long day of work! I've got about 15 hours worth of stuff to complete in 8...
