Im not exactly sure how much I lost this wk..I stepped on the scale (digital) it said 214..now I know I cant be the same weight as last wk..So I moved the scale and stepped on it again..213lbs...and the last time I stepped on it..it said 212..lol I gotta get a new scale...lol So Im gonna go with 1lb down...for now..and I bought a NEW scale today! It will be here in 3 days..and NOT digital!
