Exercising 5 days a week for 30 minutes and cut off sodas, sugary drinks, drinking 3lts of water daily, watching portions, reducing carbs, and drinking 1 cup of green tea and 1 cup of raspberry leaf tea evey day. This week will.try to increase the amount of veggies and avoid rice at least 2 days of the week, will replace it with squash puree and sweet potato or coliflower puree
