Not even gonna come close to my calorie goals today, but that's ok. Only real goal today is to not make myself sick again. Mostly spent the entire day sleeping anyway so very few calories expended. Sticking to bland, low fat foods. The egg drop soup I had for lunch felt like the elixir of life, lol. Temp is stable. Blood pressure is good. All I have is a headache and I'll consider that a win.
