Here's why I use my Sunday weigh in to change my calories: losing 1lb a week with light weekly activity for a baseline: Week 29- wt: 193.2 cal:1750. Week 30- wt: 192.8 cals:1748. Week 31- wt: 190.6 cals: 1733. 17 calories less over 7 days is 119 cals less for the week; NOT including exercise and non exercise activity for deficit!
