All from freezer. Mushroom ravioli, sautéed shrimp, baby spicy, lemon butter sauce. I figured about 325 per serving consisting of 2 ravioli, 4 shrimp, 1/2 cup spinach and 1 T. Lemon butter sauce. I really wanted a Quarter-pounder.
