Don't tell anybody else (as I post this on a public forum), 'cause I got to keep my manly street cred, but I use the crow pose to test my strength/balance every now and then. ;) It's good to see that you're in your element now.

Right now I can only run 1/2 mile barefoot before the asphalt starts feeling like fire. My feet are sissies. :)
