Weird. I am following my diet pretty well. I can always do a bit better but for the most part I feel like I have been sticking to it. I started a weight training program and now I see I have gained weight this week.

Ok...will not give up and going to slimfast again for a couple days to get a kickstart.
148.7 lb Lost so far: 0.3 lb.    Still to go: 20.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
