I don't think I'm going to reach my total today. First time this week. I just don't have an appetite right now. Hopefully I get a spurt of hunger before midnight to bring it home!

You might give a try to homemade smoothie popscicles. Make them nutritionally dense, and delicious. Most molds are about 2 oz, not an overwhelming amount when you really aren’t hungry but at the ready in the freezer. Blueberries, PB or PB powder, plain yogurt, vanilla liquid Premier whey protein, wheat germ, ground flax, chia, hemp. Lots of recipes on the internet.

Kenna Morton - my go to right now is chugging oat milk or kefir, lol. I'm allergic to peanuts, unfortunately. Being able to eat peanut butter would make this easier, I'm sure. Large amounts of whey seem to make me feel sick also, but I do ok in moderation. Never thought of doing Popsicles. Maybe I'll pick up some vegan protein powder today and give it a try. Thanks!

Couldn't find any popsicle molds at the store. I'm just gonna a use my big square silicone ice cube trays and put a stick in them, lol.

Dyer, you can also use a small glass. I use spoons instead of sticks because then there's less waste and cost. My youngest is on ADHD meds which quashes her appetite a lot, but not her desire to go run around because she's 9yo. I blend yogurt, fruit, and honey, pour in small cups, let it freeze up a bit, and then stick a spoon on it. Even with the loss of appetite, there's something appealing about a Popsicle to her. I hope it works for you. Having no appetite, and having to force calories, is just as difficult as trying to abstain from binge eating. Good Luck! 💚
