Yesterday I switched up my OMAD from Texas hot links to smoked salmon & kimchi, and that was tasty. Today the heat is on, as it has been for weeks (like since the end of April), I don't know what the "official" high for my areas is, but at our casa over here this is typical daily for weeks on our weather station! 🥵🌡️🔥☀️🧖♨️🌶️😓

Hmmm... thanks for the info, Deb! I will check it out. We have a shallow well. Not sure of the depth, but it's pretty tasty! I would not drink our city water if they paid me. My nephew who lives across the street has it. They actually cut it off for some hours a few days ago. They told him something was "off" in it & it had to be corrected. He said when it came back on it was white (not clear, but white), and smelled like bleach. He comes over and fills up a jug from here every now & again when he runs out of store bought until he can make that trip up town.
