Weight is starting to get quite low, so this is where I usually stop posting my weight and calories during prep. The road to the stage is not a healthy diet, but for a very short period of time. I do not want to encourage this for anyone who is not heading to the stage. And since I encourage my own nutrition clients to follow me to put my money where my mouth is, I don’t want to discourage anyone. Being strong and at a reasonable calorie consumption is way better. ❤️❤️
