Hello Mischelle_!!! how are you these days? and nice scenery.  

Hey buenitabishop! I'm doing good..I've been so busy trying to get my son ready for a move across country to college in a few weeks. Enjoying the last of his summer here with him. Still not really losing weight, but not gaining either and I'm counting that as a total win. How are you?? Hopefully you are staying cool? It's been in the 100s here all week or real close.  

I'm so glad your doing what you need to do for your son, that proves your a wonderful mom. Yes it has definitely been hot but not in the 100 wow!!! I'm so glad your maintaining your weight that's awesome!!! I'm doing great!!! But not losing as fast as I use to when I was only eating 700 calories per day, my doctor told me to eat 1500 calories per day, so here we are, I will definitely keep plugging away until I reach my goal .  

You got this buenita💪🏼 we gotta do what the doctor says! I took off basically the last 8 months.. I gained n lost the same 2-4 lbs but didn't gain anymore than that n I needed to learn to do that. I think that taking our time and doing it in a way it'll last is key. Big hugs my friend!!
