what do you guys eat in the morning? i’m struggling to even come up with things

lately my go to is an apple and a yogurt

Quaker Instant Oatmeal Packet, with honey almond granola (1/4 cup) and 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder. Mix the dry content before adding water, protein powder is gloppy. Ultimately very filling, high in protein, quick and easy. Feel free to add berries or banana, then you will be STUFFED! 😀

Combinations of chia seeds, flax meal & hemp hearts with almond or regular milk. Maybe a scoop of yogurt too. And fruit. 😊

I am not a morning eater so it’s coffee and a protein bar or protein shake for me!

Toast (usually some sort of rye or peasant loaf) with ricotta, olive oil, and tomatoes if I have them but just the cheese and olive oil is good too. (And salt and pepper). Sometimes I make a sandwich with the same toast, one egg, and a little cheese and hot sauce. Skyr or Greek yogurt with fresh fruit. Scrambled eggs with salsa on top. Those are my main ones, but sometimes I just have a coffee haha.

Grindstone blends creamy rice cereal with berries in it. I have a 10% off affiliate code so I tend to buy their stuff. Or oats with berries in it.

If I swim in the morning a protein shake, if I don't, then peanut butter toast and cottage cheese

When I’m doing FS for real? Blueberry oatmeal porridge with a bit of yellow sugar and half and half cream. Every single morning. Sometimes a banana sliced in there, too.

Hard boiled eggs with ww toast; and with some type of fresh fruit; Or I will make my own egg mcmuffin without the meat and fresh fruit. My go-to cold cereal is shreddies and again with fresh fruit.

This morning I had two poached eggs on a bed of romaine lettuce, red peppers, cucumber, avocado and a drizzle of walnut oil and lemon. Sometimes I sprinkle a bit of feta on top.

I fast until 12pm, then eat a complete meal. Protein, veg, carb.

Look up recipes for egg bites. Super easy, you can throw in leftovers. Grab and go and They freeze well too

I have bacon 🥓 cuz I love it 2 slices max most days just 1 slice with fresh fruit and yogurt
