tj... thanks for explaining.... i always hesitate when i say I'm in a diet, because i just try to maintain a healthy eating lifestyle...but it makes sense when speaking to those that dont eat a healthier diet. 😅 semantics

"diet' needs a qualifier. Ie, calorie resticted, plant-based,low fat, ket0,Mediteranean, IF ,Moseley etc etc.Then I guess there those that don't fit neatly into a category. ( Like yours I'd say)

I'm generally calorie restricted/ I.F. and lowcarb/no processed carbs. but i clearly make regular "exceptions" 😅😏
