Getting back on track! 4 cups of kale, snacking tomatoes, 2 tbsp of sunflower seeds, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp pomegranite, and 4 tbsp of Panera Asian sesame vinaigrette dressing.

Okay, that was too big of a 🥗! I'm gonna eat the other half for dinner. It turned out to be a lot of calories anyway so I need to split it into 2 meals.

Cheesegobbler84 - I really should have taken the photo BEFORE I poured the chia seeds bomb! 😂 It was so colorful then! 🤦
