Thank you. My plan is like a modified Keto. My focus is getting my ideal weight in grams of protein, fewer carbs, and I don't worry about the amount of fat. I probably allow myself more fruits and vegetables than standard keto.

I find using colorful vegetables and fruits make meals more appealing, and healthier, I suppose.
