Nari, it's just plain firm tofu, from Lidl I think.. but I put it in mix of cornflour, black sesame and herbs to give it crunch when fried... And then I poured mix of soya sauce, balsamic vinegar, ginger, crushed chillies and some other spices on top for some flavour...
At the end I rolled that and fried vegetables into rice papers and put in the air fryer for a bit of crisp 🙂 That step was unnecessary, but it was amazing😍
