Finally, got a drop in weight and BF after plateauing for a a couple of weeks or so due to reduced workouts from elbow/forearm :)

TBF 13.3%
SBF 11.3%
VBF 6

Getting so close the 10’s in SBF. :)
I knew it had to drop soon by using the mirror check. Lol

It is the app from my Etekcity smart scale I bought on Amazon. Seems to be fairly accurate. Or at least, I think so.
