Scales show I'm just staying the same weight after a gain last week, but its not been a good week in general. I mostly lost interest in weighing and recording everything and I have got no dieting drive at present.
I ate a lot of rubbish foods too but will pull myself back in due course.
202.8 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 59.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
