It is at a steady 110 degrees here in Tucson. I am vigilent about my water consumption. Glad to have some guidelines about what to consume. My minimum is 4 bottled waters at 16.9 ounces.

Stay safe! It feels like winter here today with an unusual cold wind, 55 degrees (half your temp!) Keep up that water consumption!
