This time slowly slowly is doing great 👍 that’s a loss every week for 5 weeks between 1/4 lb to just over a pound 👍👍 x
162.3 lb Lost so far: 22.7 lb.    Still to go: 8.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
