Well here we are on Monday morning, Got a good workout in this morning. And will get back on track to losing a little weight. Well from Thursday had to prep for my first colonoscopy and that was no fun and neither was laying on the table while they did it on Friday and waking up half through it so I could watch them cuts some polyps out and finish everything up although it was kind of cool watching. So now back to the grind of it all.
