Great Idea keeping track of your used extra points in the journal !
We could also do this for the daily good health guidelines. These are : 5 servings of fruit (one small fruit is one serving one large are two),two servings of milk,2 tsp of olive oil,6 servings of liquid (non caffeinated)two servings of lean protein,Multivitamin and whole grains.I know it's many things to think about and track ,but a little at a time we can try to incorporate these for good health.
