I am attempting the Atkins Diet for the next 2 weeks. I plan to drop 15 pounds and have adjusted my FatSecret goal accordingly. Once the 2 week induction phase is up I'll progress to the next stage and adjust my goal weight.
My willpower has been great today - no donuts and no soda!
I am already over the recommended 20grams of carbs for the day but didn't decide until noon that I really wanted to dedicate myself to this.

That may actually be a good thing. By the time your body figures out that you aren't eating as many carbs you'll probably be asleep! LOL. Good luck with induction. I eat low Carb and it makes me feel so much better. I don't feel bogged down by all the carbs that need to be professed and I have great energy(no more mid-afternoon slump!). Don't forget your veggies. :-)
